Eligible buyers must have household incomes at or below 80% Average Medium Income (AMI), based on annual income limits established by HUD. These income limits change annually; the table below illustrates the limits effective April 1st, 2021, keep in mind the income listed is the maximum amount of a household income. The income can be less than the amount illustrated for each household size.
